This project was made in the Oldtown of Oslo as part of a sitespecific artproject. Adding an additional layer concisting of a typical camping situation of 1970 holiday lifestyle to The Middleage Ruins of an Monostary. An archive of objects and campiung utilities was made by using the same registratingsystem as the Historical Archives of Oslo University. The archive was mounted on the inside walls of the tent toghether with the same original objects.
This site was also popular for homeless people who cared very much for the historical values of the medieval reminiscenses. I had to show my paperpermission edited from the local police office, to have their acceptance of the installation. After several tracksof partyachitivity during nights, as the weather grew warm and sunny, the tent was removed or stolen one night. Later that summer I observed the same type of tent out on the islands of the Oslofjord. During summertime people, many of them without homes, camp outside on the Oslofjord Islands during summertime.
